Family Time At The Park

We have been looking for a location for my 1st Birthday party and finally found a winner today.  The party will take place at Hathaway park under a pretty Gazebo.  I am so excited!  After checking out the location we walked over to the playground to have some fun.  I can't believe there is only 11/2 months until I turn the big 01!

Pictures With Jasmine

We had a lovely visit with Jasmine and the kids today.  We played at the river and then terrorized her cute litter of rolly-polly puppies.  We had a ton of fun!  Jasmine also took some new pictures of me.  Here is a sneak peak.  I will post more tomorrow!

Goot Park With Ahna

We went to the park to play and take some pictures.  Ahna was having a blast but I was getting pretty sleepy.  We played on the swings and I went down the slide for the first time .   I didn't smile much, but that's okay.

Now that I am feeling better we visited Grandma & Grandpa Castellani today.  All of the kids were there so we were able to get some pictures of me playing with Preslie. 

Household Chores

They start them young these days.  I thought I was going to iron my own clothes today but it was a set up.  Mommy wouldn't plug the darn thing in.for me!

Mommy washed our tye-dyed  clothing from the Hood's Family Reunion 2010 last night and I decided to sport my new digs.  What do you think?

Hood's Family Reunion 2010

We had a wonderful time visiting with family, getting wet, listening to great music and eating delicious food. This year we even had a Tye Dye booth!  Nana & Papa invited Sandy and Gary to join us and teach the family the trick of the trade.  It was so much fun and the weather was perfect.  I still have a cough but other than that I am A-OK!  The antibiotics are working their lovely magic.

Happy 10 Months!

Mommy did all she could to get me out for a nice picture today.  I turned a big whoppin' 10 months!  We are finally starting to feel the effects of our antibiotics too, yay!  Tomorrow is the Hood's Family Reunion so we have to feel better!  fyi:  The necklace I am wearing came from Grandma D (Nana).

We Thought We Were Getting Better....

Yesterday was a bad day...  Things were starting to turn around and our colds seemed to be in check until then.  I started tugging on my left ear and Mommy was getting worse.  Body aches, chills, fever, the whole nine yards.  She decided to take us in to urgent care today.  I was on my best behavior like always and the wait wasn't very long.  They weighed me and I am officially a whopping 20 lbs.  The Doctor told us that I had a slight ear infection in my left ear and Mommy had Bronchitis.  He prescribed us Amoxicillin and some cough medicine.  Hopefully we will be better by Saturday for the Hood's Family Reunion.

Tooth #4 & Curls

I have been teething all day...Tooth #4 (bottom left) came in last night.  With that and my cold I'm still trying to conquer I have been a pretty pitiful baby.  On the upside, Mommy realized I am starting to get a few curls in my hair.  I seriously still have less hair than the average newborn but the lower back is finally getting some substance.  Yay!

Dear Aunt Kimmee,

I know how bad you wanted him.  You had to beg all of the other kiddos to give up the parachute guy just because you couldn't catch him on your own.  I know.  I know that you can't possibly live without him and must be worried sick that he has come up missing.  I have to be honest.  It was me.  I kidnapped him. Yeah, I totally five finger discounted that sexy man plastic. I hope you still love me.

Still Sick...

My fever broke and now I'm  hopefully on the mend.  I have been a very sleepy girl.

Sicker Than A Dog

We had record breaking high temperatures today (98 degrees) and both Mommy and I are sick with "the crud".  In this picture I had a fever and an Otter-pop to help cool me down.  I hope the sun stays around so that when I feel better I can play in the pool!

Fireworks With Friends!

My 4th of July was amazing!   I had many new experiences and met a bunch of great people.  Daddy said I was on my best behavior all weekend!
