2 Year Check Up
I went to see my pediatrician today for a two year check up.
On my way there, Mommy told me that we were going to see the Doctor.
I automatically announced "No more monkey's jumping on the bed!"
If you aren't familiar with this song, it goes like this.
Ten little monkeys jumping on the bed.
One fell off and broke his head.
Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,
"No more monkeys jumping on the bed!"
(Repeat and count down until there are no monkey's left on the bed.)
This song has been one of my favorites lately.
My height was 36 1/2" (97%) and my weight was 28.4lbs. (71%) Mommy was concerned that my shyness might effect the doctors evaluation but I was very outgoing and listened to Dr. Mason like a good girl. He told me that I was exceptionally bright and in perfect health. I pointed out colors for him and Mommy told him about all of my other skills, like counting to 20 and being able to say the entire alphabet on my own. He was very impressed. Over all, the visit to the doctor was a great one.
What's new: I love hair-pwanes (airplanes) and it makes me sad when I hear babies cwhyning (crying).

Baby Love
We visited Simon Danger today. He is such a cute little guy. I stroked his hair and gave him a little kiss but I was pretty intimidated by him over all. When he cried I turned into a worried little Mama. I want one.
What's new: I have been singing A LOT lately. My favorite songs to sing are, 10 Little Monkeys jumping on the bed, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, The Alphabet, Pat-A-Cake, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Mommy says I sound cute and do an excellent job. I picked up my Alphabet pretty fast. I can sing the entire song!

A Horsey Says "Neigh-Neigh."
We had a wonderful visit with Great Grandma Mary today. She has horses in her field. I am such a country girl at heart.
