3rd Visit With The Pediatrician & 1st Vaccines

Dr. Costa gave me my 2 month check up today. My height was 1'11.25" (87%) and my weight was 11lbs. 14oz. (83%) and my head circumference was 15.24" (56%). I am much bigger and still as perfect as can be!  After the exam they gave me my Vaccines.  1 intranasal and 3 shots.  It was so horrible!  I turned beet red and quit breathing for what Mommy and Daddy thought was an eternity.  When I finally did breath I let out the loudest scream they had ever heard.  Both of them almost lost it and I don't think they ever want to bring me back to that place.  I keep telling them that it is for my own good and I think they will come back to their senses once they forget how tramatic it was for all of us.  They also tried to get the H1N1 Vaccine while they were at the Doctors office however, they ran out just minutes before we got there.  Hopefully they will be able to get it soon so that they can keep us all safe and healthy.  Tata for now!

Vaccine Reaction

This is what happend to me after I got my vaccines today.  I was pretty cranky and then zonked out!  I was sooo exhausted. 

Kendra Smiles Up And Running!

Mommy's hat and headband business is up and running.  She named the store after me, Kendra Smiles! 

Today I modeled a headband for her to add to her site.  I am so cute! 

I Am All Smiles!!!

Mommy hoped and prayed for a Happy, Optimistic baby!  Well, I am all smiles now!  Today it started and I don't think that my upside down frown will be going anywhere!

Ahna's Visit

Ahna stopped by today to hang out.  We totally chatted it up.  Man....that Ahna, she's a riot!

gDiapers!

Check out my bum!  I am finally fitting into my gDiapers  :)

gDiapers stands for green diapers.  They consist of a washable, cotton outer diaper and a plastic-free biodegradable liner. They are made of breathable material just like sports clothing. So, I will stay dry and happy.  We are going to try and use these at least half of the time along with regular disposables.

Today we spent time with Grandma Katie and Mommy got this nifty little picture of me.  Check out them eyebrows!  Or lack there of...I kinda look like Uncle Fester. 

Note to self:  Remind me to ask Mommy who uncle Fester is.

My 1st Halloween

 Tonight we went trick-or-treating with Auntee Kimmee, Uncle Erik, Sharon, Tony, and family's!  I went as Dorothy from The Wizard Of Oz.  We even came home with a big bag of candy!  Too bad I can't eat it yet.  Mommy and Daddy always get the good stuff!

Great day!

Mommy just finished watching Twilight...again.  The bathroom was getting tiled... I just got off the phone with Daddy (I was about to hyperventilate with excitement) and then Mommy decided to take some pictures of me in an outfit from Jasmine.  Lovin' my life!

First WIC Appointment

I was measured and weighed today!  I weigh in at 10lbs 6oz and I am 23in long!  That puts me in the 75th percentile compared to other little girls my age!  I am perfectly proportioned (height to weight).  Yay!

"Coo-ing"

I started "cooing" today.  Mark it on your calendar's kids.  Yesterday was the last day of peace and quiet for the next 18yrs (possibly longer).

 I have been copying Mommy.  When I am happy and playful I will copy her by sticking my tongue out.  Who better to copy than my favorite person in the whole wide world besides Daddy.  Yah, that is right, I said it....my favorite - And don't you forget it!  I am growing so fast!

The Roloff Farm

 Today Aunt Lori, Aunt Holly, Cousin Ahna, Mommy & I conquered the rain and headed out to the Roloff farm to get a pumpkin and visit the little people. We had a lot in common with those little people....I mean hey, we are all just a bunch of little people anyway, right?  Even Aunt Lori, Aunt Holly, and Mommy were little people a very very long time ago.
